Mecha Goddess Kali

I did this drawing for the Robotjapan fundraw. The theme was to make a Mecha version of a Diety. I did a mechanical version of the Goddess Kali.
The story behind the design: The Goddess Kali, the God of change brought by a violent manner. From the beginning of time, Kali appeared incarnate in our world through humans to destroy the old and allow the new to grow and prosper. Over the many thousands of years as human kind became weak, mutated and devolved, Kali decided to come once and for all. kali's spirit entered a machine that evolved into something much more. The machine became a hybrid of technology and divinity. She was now a materially immortal being who will change the world for good, or end it.
